Pictures speak for themselves. I wanted my downstairs floor to have hardwood floors like the rest of the home did. Called Kris with Mandroid and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Price was very reasonable and we approved the job. They started with a bare concrete floor (I ripped the carpet up), his employees weren’t happy with the level of the concrete slab so they quickly got to work releveling the floor. After this was completed they went to work laying the floor. They even stain matched the wood floors from my upstairs floor and staircase so everything flows and it looks amazing. They showed up when they said they would, communicated with me every step of the way and made sure I knew what the next steps were at all times. LOVE my Flooring
I LOVE my flooring. We are newer to the Chattanooga area and I didn't have a personal recommendation for a flooring company. I read reviews and decided to go with Kris based on many positive things I read on a Facebook group. I had something very specific I wanted done to my flooring. Kris worked with me even before he ever stepped foot into my home to make sure I would be happy with my floors He refinished multiple rooms and installed new hardwoods in 4 bedrooms and everything looks wonderful. He was always prompt, worked within my tight schedule and around other contractors, and communicated well throughout the process. He does the work himself, he is not outsourcing these jobs to people you have never met. If you want to ensure you have beautiful flooring, someone who shows up, works hard and gets the job done extremely well Kris is your guy. I couldn't be happier.
